Collapsible Hopper Bottom Containers
Hopper bottom containers are engineered to accurately dispense small, granular materials such as seed, grain, powder, resins, and small, uniformly shaped products. Each hopper bottom bin base consists of a gravity-fed mechanism. This eliminates the need to dump material or carry out secondary removal processes. In turn, no material is lost or wasted, and contamination does not occur. Hopper bottom containers are comprised of structural foam molded in high-density polyethylene and are capable of handling thousands of pounds per load.
Significantly Reduce Product Loss
Hopper bottom collapsible bulk containers make good work-in-process containers for contents that need to be stored and easily discharged through a center position in the container. The slide gate can be used to meter the flow of ingredients, minimizing product loss.
Gravity-Fed System
Gravity-fed hopper bottom containers accurately dispense their contents, eliminating product loss through contamination or secondary transfer. Collapsible hopper bottoms can transfer dense products like resin or regrind safely and efficiently into a plastic gaylord with Steel reinforcements.
Large Capacity
Hopper bottom bins are large enough to store and dispense up to 2,000 lbs. of small, granular materials such as seed, grain, resins, powders, and perform parts.
Our collapsible hopper bottom containers come in two standard heights: 39" and 50". In a single 53' trailer, you can transport 78 collapsed
45" x 48" x 39" hopper bottom units or 52 opened units in a 53'.
The 45" x 48" x 50" Collapsible Hopper Bottom can fit 104 collapsed units or 52 opened units in a 53' trailer.
