Form-Fit-Function Inspection

Our technicians conduct a "fit-form-function" inspection on every bulk container to determine if it meets our stringent requirements in order for it to be restored to full functionality. Those that do not pass our inspection and are deemed beyond repair will be evaluated for fair market scrap price per pound and applied to the repair or replacement of your containers. Bulk Container Repair

Once a container is approved for restoration, it is sent to the repair department, where our technicians check it for minor cracks, holes, non-functioning doors and latches. Our technicians make the necessary container repairs to return the bin to structurally safe, functioning order.

Quality Check

Every aspect of the bulk container is reviewed to make sure it meets our quality standards. Our thorough inspection includes latches, drop doors, sidewalls, bases and fork straps. Our technicians ensure every repaired container is ready for your demanding application. 

 Container Cleaning Services

After each bulk container has passed the final quality inspection, it is sent to the washing station. There the bulk container is cleaned using a high-pressure power wash system. Our technicians enswure the removal of any dirt, grime or foreign material.
