Often referred to as collapsible IBC’s, or intermediate bulk containers, the collapsible bins in RPP’s resin container line helps simplify both the shipping and storage of flowable materials and offers significant upsides over the standard round drums seen in the industry. Capacities up to 315 gallons, return ratios up to 3.3 to 1, and the ability to stack up to 5 bins high in storage mean that our line of resin bins will hold more material, stack more securely, and more efficiently utilize your space than any drum or cage and bottle style bin.

The DuraGreen® 40 x 48 x 46 Plastic Gaylord with Steel Reinforcements can handle the heavy pressures of flowable materials and is FDA approved for direct contact with food products. The steel reinforced plastic gaylord is ideal for transport and storage of resin, powders, ingredients, and other flowable materials. Heavy-duty, double-wall polypropylene construction enables this gaylord with steel reinforcement to hold up to 2500 lbs. of materials making it ideal for transport an storage of resins, powders, ingredients and other flowable materials tha place large amounts of pressure on the container walls. 45” x 48” x 48” Rail Certified Reusable Plastic Gaylord
The 45 x 48 x 48 reusable plastic gaylord is a high-strength, collapsible bulk container, made from FDA-approved polypropylene. Its 3,300-lb capacity and reinforced side walls create the strongest solution in the bulk container industry.
