RPP Containers’ industrial bulk containers are designed to interlock with each other to stack without aid of expensive and immovable racking while still being stable and safe for many years. Our ergonomic packaging has four-way forklift accessible bases to easily fit any forklift or pallet jack you already have. Drop doors allow workers to quickly and easily get to the bottom of the crate without putting strain on their backs, reducing the risk of injury and loss of production. When no longer in use, they can be collapsed down and stacked for later use, without taking up precious space that could be utilized for other, more important processes. 


Large, awkward products can be a real challenge to store, with uneven weight distribution and odd shapes. You need to be sure that these commodities can be moved, stashed, and utilized without the risk of injury or product loss. Our containers are meticulously designed to be able to handle the storage of your materials, while being moved about for WIP, and even transition right into transportation.

With up to a 3:1 nesting ratio for our bins, you can be sure that costs to return your packaging are low The high nesting ratio of our containers assures you can get the bins you selected back with much lower transportation costs and avoid costly replacements.


Empty space still costs money in transportation and so it is important that you maximize the space you purchase.. Our bins are specifically sized to maximize shipping space, so you can fit as much of your product on a truck or in a sea container as is physically possible.

Extended Length Containers

Some parts are too long for traditional packaging. For these, we stock an array of extended length containers to meet your needs. Ranging from 57” to 90” in length, we can handle any of your oversized products. Our extended length bins offer you a storage solution to these hard to store items while still providing the benefits of standard solutions; stackability, high nesting ratio, superior accessibility.

Pallet Pack Containers

Not all parts are the same and some just don’t need heavy industrial designed bins. Many soft goods like fabrics and many prepackaged items that just need an enclosed pallet for shipping. For these, RPP Containers offers a versatile and extremely light-weight option: DuraGreen Pallet Packs. The triple-wall cardboard structure makes them cost-efficient and lightweight while still being durable for the long run and strong enough to stack for storage. We also offer a plastic sleeved version as well if you need a lightweight solution that is more exposed to the elements.


These are also a great option for instances where you are needing to get packaging weight down as low as possible. Our sleeve pack bins are light enough for air shipments and strong enough for trucks. Plus, their design allows for easy and inexpensive replacement. Careless forklift driver run over the base?
