RPP Containers has always aimed to offer the best selection of high-quality collapsible plastic bulk containers in the industry. Our DuraGreen, Custom Bulk, and RefurBest product lines have put forward the best lines of collapsible plastic bulk containers, pallet packs, bulk bins, harvest bins, and hopper bottoms. Until recently, we have focused solely on containers, but now RPP Containers has also decided to carry plastic pallets. Rather than inundating our customers with endless options, models, and varieties of pallets, we want to make it easy for them to make the best choice for their application by offering two top-of-the-line pallets. Both are the standard wood pallet dimensions of 40” x 48”. One is a nestable pallet, and the other is a heavier-duty rackable pallet. 

 This pallet has molded in hand holds towards the center for easy handling when empty. It has a flow-through design with additional drain holes in the feet, making it easy to clean and sanitize. When loaded with product, the pallet can be moved easily with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other handling equipment, and its light weight means that it can easily be moved, and the pallets can be nested together to save space when the pallets have been unloaded. The 40” x 48” General Purpose Nestable Pallet also has molded-in top deck texturing that helps reduce load shifts during movement or transportation. This pallet will have a long usable lifespan in your applications and is 100% recyclable. 

 Our 40” x 48” Rackable Plastic Pallet weighs only 23 lbs. but still has a whopping 30,000 lb. weight capacity for static loads. It has a capacity of 4,000 lbs. for dynamic loads, but the real value proposition for this pallet is that it can be edge-racked up to 1,800 lbs. Like our nestable pallet, this pallet also offers a flow-through design for easy cleaning and sanitization. It also offers two molded-in slots where RFID tags can be added for pallet tracking, as well as multiple flat and recessed surfaces on the sides of the pallet for labeling and ID tags. This high-pressure injection molded pallet was designed to hold up to the demands of almost any industrial application.
